Production Contracting is available to act as the tenant or owner representative, a professional liaison to your construction team, for all types of commercial and residential construction projects. In that role, we ensure your project is completed according to the plans, identify barriers to budget or timing issues, recommend remedial steps, and can supervise the construction as needed.
